4 Stars Great Value, Works Well
I was skeptical about this wireless FM Transmitter, but it received mostly good reviews and I figured for <$12.00 I was willing to take a chance. I've only had it about a week, but it seems well built and durable. I've only used it with a SD 2 Gb card, but it has far exceeded my expectation. The sound is great and there are more functions than the nearly useless features sheet lists. The control buttons on the device are not the greatest, in that if you press them in the wrong position or for too long, they do unintended things. Like the Play/Pause button: press it on its lower edge too hard and it will change frequencies. The forward/back buttons, if pressed and held for a time will increase or decrease volume, which is an identified feature on the sheet. What the sheet does not tell you that by pressing and holding the pause button the unit will change from sequential playing of songs, as someone in an earlier review pointed out (a tiny A and a directional arrow in a small box at the top center of the display will show when in sequential mode), to random (=shuffle. with an R in the box and bidirectional arrows), to repeating the same song endlessly (with a S and an arrow making a loop). I get the intended result of shifting play modes by pressing and holding the top part of the button. There are also dedicated frequency-change buttons (higher, lower).
I imagine the over-sensitivity of buttons is due to the underlying switches–too many in too small an area. But for the price this is at most a very minor inconvenience. It doesn’t take long to learn the proper touch. I have not used the remote except to test it. It seems sturdy and is very easy to use, and will eliminate any unintended changes from pressing the transmitters buttons in the wrong way.
The LCD screen is small and for older people like me, the features display is so small that I have to hold it very close to read it. For young eyes this probably won’t be a problem, and you can’t expect everything in a small device like this.
I like this unit so much that I’m ordering another for my wife’s car. I use mine both in my vehicle and in my shop. I have a 12-volt multipower unit that will play this transmitter for days before draining the battery.
I gave it only 4 stars because of the sensitivity of the buttons, the non-helpful features sheet (you couldn’t call it an instruction sheet), and because I have used too short a time to determine it durability.
5 Stars Best FM transmitter (has shuffle feature also)
I bought this last month. I am very satisfied with this FM transmitter. Works great for me.
Today I figured that this also has shuffle repeat or all repeat functionality as well. If you press and hold the play/pause button (on the device and not the remote) for few seconds then it will toggle between “shuffle repeat” mode and “repeat all” mode. On LCD display you will see “
Also if you press and hold on next button for few seconds then it will increase the volume.
Hope this helps. I would definitely recommend this.
2 Stars Is very cheaply made…
The product looks as if it is a good deal on the page, and looks like a good bargain…but, when you get it, it isn’t as good as you thought it’d be. the audio cable that I received began to rip and come apart after 2 weeks of having it. It also isn’t like any audio cable you buy at the store. It is a smaller size, so I can’t even buy a new audio cable in the store. The quality of the sound is about the same as any other fm transmitter. My advice, though, would be to try and find a better one because of how flimsy this device is. Now, don’t say you haven’t been warned!
5 Stars WISH I WOULD HAVE FOUND IT EARLIER
We recieved this item just this morning. I personally was anxious to see how it would work in the car. We have a 2000 Toyota Avalon and It was very nice to listen to. VERY VERY IMPRESSED. Now, I’ve always been a music lover and I actually had a system put into my Chrysler. I wish I would have waited. I would suggest this item to anyone, and it is a great christmas present.
5 Stars Perfect!
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R1UI80TF679M25 I have created a small video for this device. I use this in my Dodge Intrepid ES so far it works great, the remote and the features this device has is really good, but just to let you know you the FM is strong and can transmit to your house own stereo system on the band you choose for in your car!

5 Stars I LOVE my shuffle!!
I had an mp4 player that held music, pictures, and video but I never seemed to use it. I guess it was just all the bells and whistles that I didn’t need. I LOVE the shuffle because of it’s size and convenience. It is very small and portable and clips on to your clothing. The sound is GREAT! I would have rather had the purple one but they were out so I bought the pink one, which is fine. I highly recommend this one to very busy people who enjoy their own music.
5 Stars a jogger’s review
I already have an iPod classic that’s large enough to fit my 10,000 song collection onto it. I purchased the new iPod shuffle because I got really tired of holding onto my chunky Classic when trying to go running, and the sleak clip-on design of the Shuffle was just what I needed. I have no complaints. I essentially use it to play a specific playlist that I’ve developed in iTunes so I don’t need a screen to tell me what I’m listening to. And I don’t need it to be able to hold 1000 songs since I only go through about 10-20 in one workout period.
The volume goes as high or as low as I need it. There is a toggle switch to turn the “shuffle songs” feature on or off which is nice so that I don’t get tired songs being played in the same order over and over again.
The overall usability is just as simple as I need it to be while I’m jogging. It’s clipped onto my pants or my sleeve or my pocket and I can quickly press whatever button I need to take care of business without having to break my stride. And I’ve never had it come off which is what I was worried about the most.
The only thing that didn’t work for me was the earbuds. They tend to hurt my ears, and when running they work their way out of my ears completely. So I just invested in a pair of earbuds that wrap around my ears.
Some folks have issues with the fact that you can only charge it through a computer. This has not been a problem for me seeing as I update the playlist often and the shuffle recharges while I’m doing that. But the battery rarely runs down regardless.
I highly recommend this product if you’re just looking for a simple, inexpensive MP3 player to have on your body without it getting in your way. It’s worth every dime.
5 Stars dont listen to the 1 star reviews
This product is durable- sounds great- and most of all it is well worth the $45 ! It is the best product out there for those who are into physical fitness and want something that is not intrusive in anyway.
5 Stars Love the IPOD
I bought the IPOD shuffle for my son and he loves it. There’s been a learning curve as this is the first time he’s owned one. So far so good.
5 Stars i pod shuffle
