Two Hours Traffic mark their Territory

Scott Munn It’s been a pretty lousy Summer, not just for myself and many I know, but for anyone who prefers theirs to be warm, sunny and generally not perpetually cloudy and rain-soaked. It’s only been this week that we’ve gotten some proper heat (accompanied by massive thunderstorms, sure), and I can’t believe that it’s just coincidence that the weather has improved just as Prince Edward Island’s finest, Two Hours Traffic , are gearing up for the release of their second album Territories o

I Ran My First 5K Alone

Jun28 Sunday morning dawned cool and balmy, clear after the previous night’s rain.I put on my running shoes, geared up with my Samsung MiCoach heartrate monitor and earphones (the stride sensor’s busted), did a few stretches, and slipped out of the house while my children were still sleeping soundly. [NB: DH is in China until Tuesday, in case you’re wondering why I seem to be living a ’single’ life today.]This run also marked the debut of the New Balance® Long Sleeve Motion Top that I bought

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars Pretty Good.
This armband is not bad. Works well. Kept my iPhone mostly dry when getting caught on a 15 mile run in the rain. No problems with the seams coming unglued. Overall it was worth the $14 I paid for it.

4 Stars Good Item
It is a pretty good item. I am satisfied with this purchase. I recommend this to anyone looking for an armband for an Ipod touch 1 gen. Not sure if this is compatible with the second gen itouch.

3 Stars Belkin Armband for iPod Touch – Some Good, Some Bad
The Belkin Sport Armband for iPod touch 1G (Black/Gray) is an ok product that has some good and bad qualities. As long as you closely check the stitching on the front to make sure it’s ok, it should hold your player and last a decent time. But I had to exchange the first one because the front screen wasn’t properly stitched on. In addition, this was too small for my upper arm, so it doesn’t really work for me during workouts.

I decided to get one of these on sale and it’s mainly been used on my forearm instead of my bicep. What that means is that this works for me while commuting, but I don’t think I could personally use it during workouts.

So if you are a woman with slender arms, you can use this for working out. If you are an average sized man or larger, this is good enough to commute with but will probably not meet your workout needs.

Enjoy.

3 Stars NOT very water resistant
I bought the itouch to use for exercise. I am a runner and I sweat… so… I thought this would be a good armband as it supposed to be water resistant. I like the form and function of the armband but as for the water repellant properties, Well, they are lacking to say the least. After even a 30minute run the arm band and ipod are pretty well soaked when I get done. I have actually started putting a small sandwich baggie over the ipod before I put it in the case so that it doesn’t get wet. I have to say that I am a little dissappointed in this product.

Caution to anyone who plans to run with their ipod they may want to think twice before buying this case.

3 Stars Gets the job done…
This armband gets the job done, but there are a couple things I’m not very fond of. The clear plastic that’s over the screen doesn’t sit right on the screen and is quite firm and sometimes my Touch doesn’t pick up when I try pressing a button or unlocking the device. Also, the hole for the headphone output doesn’t quite line up. This is neoprene, so they could’ve maybe made it a little tighter fitting on the iPod, which could possibly take care of these issues.

Donald Austin – Crazy Legs

I can’t find a picture of Donald Austin! “ Listen – Donald Austin – Crazy Legs – MP3″ Greetings all. How’s by you? All is well hereabouts with summer rolling in and all, but if the rain doesn’t stop I’m gonna crack up. Enough already. When I left you on Friday I promised I’d be dropping something funky today, and I will not disappoint. Truth be told, this is the very same funky cut I was promising a week ago Friday, but then the Galactic Fractures mix dropped, and then Sam Bu
